Umni created Plovdiv City Concierge – the first AI city chatbot concierge in Bulgaria, for tourists of Plovdiv as the European Capital of Culture. The Pilot project later was nominated among the top 5 innovations in tourism in the Innovation Category at the Annual Awards of the Ministry of Tourism of Bulgaria.<\/p>\n<\/div>
