Around 50 representatives from the industry were present &#8211; the Ministry of Tourism, hotel and professional organizations, hotels, tourism consultants, and others.<\/p>\n<p>Opportunities for 100% European funding for digitalization in tourism in Bulgaria were presented. Umni was a co-organizer of the webinar together with two other innovative companies &#8211; TouchMenu and BG Service.<\/p>\n<p>Our CEO, Elitza Stoilova, presented Umni&#8217;s solution for automating communication with hotel guests &#8211; a <a class=\"purple\" href=\"https:\/\/umni.bg\/en\/hotel-ai-chatbot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hotel chatbot with artificial intelligence<\/a> (AI) for the hotel website.
