Our CEO, Elitza Stoilova, opened the conference as a keynote speaker on the first day with the topic Mastering Language in the World of Conversational AI and closed the day by participating in a panel with Michael Fritz (CEO, tcworld and tekom Europe) and Jane Wilson (VMware) about how ChatGPT is changing the profession of technical communicators. The audience showed great interest and there were many questions on the topics with Elitza&#8217;s participation. These were explored in more detail the following day in Elitza&#8217;s 90-minute workshop &#8220;Best Practices in Planning, Creating and Using Artificial Intelligence Chatbots&#8221;, which attracted over 30 technical communicators and team leaders in the field from across Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Evolution of TC is the annual event for all technical communicators with a focus on innovation in software documentation. It brings together all industry professionals &#8211; technical writers, information developers, technical editors, and translators, mostly with a software background. The conference in Bulgaria in early June hosted by tecom Bulgaria attracted professionals from 12 countries.<\/p>\n<p>tekom Europe is the largest professional association for technical communication in the world. It currently has member organizations from 11 countries and one corporate member, COM&amp;TEC from Italy. It is a strong international network with about 9500 members and numerous activities.
