Our no-code AI chatbot platform offers a business website chatbot integration with Fitsys, an integrated management solution for aesthetic dermatology clinics, beauty salons, sports, yoga, fitness, and wellness clubs. The integration is fully automated between the chatbot from Umni and Fitsys, allowing the customer to self-serve and book a service through the chatbot quickly and easily at any time directly in the calendar in Fitsys.<\/p>\n

After selecting the procedure for which the customer wants to book an appointment, the chatbot offers the customer the option to select a date and displays all available times for the respective procedure to make a booking.<\/p>\n

The AI chatbot on the business’s website has multiple features that make it a successful tool for marketing, sales, and customer support.<\/p>\n

Customers can access specific information or a form on the chatbot, such as the service booking form on Fitsys, with 1 click of a link or scan a QR code from anywhere – social media posts, email marketing, messengers, SMS, banners, flyers, cards, stickers, business cards and more.<\/p>\n

Answers to customer questions submitted by the chatbot’s conversational module (conversational artificial intelligence) can automatically redirect the user to an information section or booking form, which significantly upgrades the customer experience and often has a WOW-effect.
