The invitation to write on the topic came to Elitza after her participation as a keynote speaker, a panelist, and a workshop lecturer during the 2-days European conference &#8220;Evolution of TC 2023&#8221;. The annual gathering event for all technical communicators with a focus on innovations in software documentation happened in Bulgaria at the beginning of June, hosted by tecom Bulgaria. The event attracted professionals from 12 countries.<\/p>\n<p>Elitza opened the conference with the keynote \u201cMastering Language in the World of Conversational AI\u201d followed the next day by Elitza&#8217;s workshop \u201cGood Practices in AI Chatbot Planning, Creation and Usage\u201d.\u00a0 The topics of her participation in the conference and the attendees&#8217; questions naturally turned into a 3-page article in the tcworld magazine, in which Elitza gathered the essence of her lectures and some good practices shared with the audience.<\/p>\n<p>tcworld magazine is tekom&#8217;s magazine for technical communication and international information management. The articles and interviews focus on how companies live up to the challenges of communicating with customers, partners, and employees in an increasing number of international markets.
