Again <strong>for the first time in Bulgaria<\/strong>! The most suitable lecturer for this course is again Elitza! Elitza has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry behind her, up to Director of Marketing and General Manager of a hotel &#8211; in Turkey, Tunisia, Morocco, the Mariana Islands in the Pacific (17 years), and in Bulgaria. She was a destination marketing consultant for the Marianas Visitors Authority (MVA, AdHoc) for over 10 years, for which she has 2 recognitions. The organizer of this course is SunSpree Academy Education Center.<\/p>\n<p>During the course, participants will learn about the history of chatbots and what led to their mass use today in tourism after nearly 60 years of technology development, as well as what the trends are in the development of this technology &#8211; including the push for the use of artificial intelligence (conversational AI and generative AI &#8211; ChatGPT) and voice assistance in chatbots in the industry. The main part of the course will be dedicated to the proper planning of a chatbot project, the design of a chatbot, and best practices when working with its different parts, as well as on the use of chatbots online and offline in order to fit it as much as possible into the digital ecosystem of the business, in digital marketing, upgrading the customer experience on the business website, promoting chatbots online and offline at all stages of the customer experience &#8211; before, during and after the travel service.
