Since 2018, Umni helps businesses save thousands of staff hours by automating communication with clients and reducing the routine.
Graduating from Navy SEAL for Startups
Umni team graduated from one of the largest and most challenging startup accelerators in Silicon Valley, The Founder Institute, as a chatbot agency with a focus on hospitality.
First investment in Umni
We were noticed! Canadian VC, Loyal VC trusted Umni and the vision we had and made its first investment in our team.
1st city AI chatbot in Bulgaria
Umni created Plovdiv City Concierge – the first AI city chatbot concierge in Bulgaria, for tourists of Plovdiv as the European Capital of Culture. The Pilot project later was nominated among the top 5 innovations in tourism in the Innovation Category at the Annual Awards of the Ministry of Tourism of Bulgaria.
