Notifications – businesses use them to remind customers of their discounts and promotions, to notify them about an important event, grand opening, availability, and many other purposes. When used in a chatbot, businesses can share also important news, notices, deadlines, or other useful notification as a colored box (with background colors in red, yellow, blue, or green) in any info card and it will attract customers’ attention immediately. While chatting with the business via an AI chatbot, customers will see notifications with information that the business wants to show to them and they won’t miss it while clicking, scrolling, and engaging. A good practice is to keep the notifications simple and short – a few words with a CTA with the most important info for the chosen notification.

A good practice is also to use emoticons that are relevant to the topic, so the notification seems more engaging and catching. Show your customers in your chatbot everything that shall gain their interest in a creative way – show promo codes, limited offers, upcoming sales, new features, new releases, and anything that come to your mind. Create engaging notifications in the cards of your chatbot so customers notice them right away and keep in mind to create them in all languages that your chatbot has so all your potential and current customers understand them.
