An AI chatbot can contain more information than a website can have and it’s easy to distribute in a personalized way, also easy to happen. You have created the main menu of your chatbot, started the training of conversational AI, and added inquiry forms. There is always a point when you will need to add more information about the products and services your business provides or something else. The first thought is to offer longer texts, but it is more user-friendly, interactive, and beneficial to turn that information into an internal carousel.
Internal carousels help to present unlimited additional information for services, products, conditions, or others, and the information is provided according to what customers search for by scrolling/clicking or asking a question. Internal carousel with cards can be used also for showing the benefits of your products and services – in the Main menu are their characteristics and buttons to buy, and in the internal carousel, there are other useful tips for customers and information that they would search for but not right away. Using an internal carousel as an extension to the Main menu together with the other functionalities can accumulate more information than a website itself can have easily navigated and that’s why a chatbot on a website is so important for a business’s further growth and development – to have a 24/7 brand representative that customers would love to chat at any time of the day and receive any needed information instantly.
