The hotel AI chatbot – an example of innovation
Our client, the 5-star hotel Casa di Fiore, was included in the Digitalk report on the best projects of ‘2021 as a result of the A1 competition, as an example of the successful implementation of an artificial intelligence chatbot. It is nice to see that the topic of chatbots is not only addressed in the hotel project (p. 76), but also elsewhere in the report.
