Our client, the 5-star hotel Casa di Fiore, was included in the Digitalk report on the best projects of ‘2021 as a result of the A1 competition, as an example of the successful implementation of an artificial intelligence chatbot. It is nice to see that the topic of chatbots is not only addressed in the hotel project (p. 76) but also elsewhere in the report.
Here are some quotes from the report:
“In response to challenges such as lack of staff and the need for 24/7 communication with guests, the hotel Casa di Fiore SPA and Medical integrated the digital assistant “Miss Fiore”, made on the Bulgarian platform for AI chatbots Umni. The project started in the last months of 2021 and continues to provide information about the hotel and its services in 2 languages, Bulgarian and English, both through the navigation of texts, images, and buttons and through a conversational AI module.
According to a HubSpot survey, 76% of companies use automation, and 26% of those who do not, plan to do so in 2021. 58% of marketers rely on automation to manage tasks, 42% – on content, and in 31% the process is used in chatbots.
Chatbots have become popular mainly in sales sectors such as online stores. Over time, their use has expanded and now is used by various business industries. In 2021, 47% of marketers say they have used bots for marketing.
Artificial intelligence is becoming a major tool for conversion and optimization, and its use by marketing experts has increased by 190% from 2018 to 2020.”
