One of our first customers, the Varna Regional Library “Pencho Slaveikov” has a double celebration today. The library turns 139 years old and their smart digital librarian, the AI chatbot Ellie has a birthday too. Happy Birthday to the library team and to Ellie!

The Umni team supported the Rotary, Rotaract & Interact Bulgaria National Campaign “Buy and Donate” in aid of the victims of the military conflict in Ukraine by creating a landing page with information about the campaign with a chatbot to assist page visitors with a request form for contact, donations, volunteering or other, generated and maintained on the Umni platform.

Umni supported Koja.bg by donating a landing page with a chatbot for a support inquiry and other information on 3 languages – English, Ukrainian and Bulgarian, providing also hosting and subdomain for the psychological support platform.

Our team was pleasantly surprised and proud to be acknowledged by Founder Institute in the accelerator’s FI50 #EMEA Report. This list celebrated entrepreneurs across all industries that have grown their companies over the past year at an incredible pace.

Radio Sofia invited the Umni team to take part as a panelist on “The smart chatbot in the smart city” topic during the discussion “Digital Transformation – Smart Cities”, which is organized with the support of the European Parliament in the initiative “Conference for the future of Europe”.

Thanks to the online journal Robonomics: The Journal of the Automated Economy, and Prof. Stanislav Ivanov, Umni had the opportunity to share with the scientific community a report ” AI chatbots as a customer service and support tool” with 3 case studies of our customers and their successful experience in implementing chatbots that have been serving them for 2-3 years now and achieving great business results.
