The smart chatbot in the smart city

Radio Sofia invited the Umni team to take part as a panelist on “The smart chatbot in the smart city” topic during the discussion “Digital Transformation – Smart Cities”, which is organized with the support of the European Parliament in the initiative “Conference for the future of Europe”. The conversation reminded that Umni created in 2019 a pilot project for the 1st city AI chatbot in Bulgaria – Plovdiv City Concierge, with the informational support of partners, for tourists of the city while Plovdiv was the European Capital of Culture.
