Umni among the 5 most innovative enterprises in Bulgaria
The voting for the 2019 Tourism Annual Awards at the Ministry of Tourism has been completed.
After one month of voting, our company ranks among the 5 most innovative companies in the field of tourism in Bulgaria.
The City Concierge is a city chatbot backed by conversational AI that helps the city or destination guests to receive up-to-date information at any time of the day in the form of dialogue in a messenger. The chatbot provides information about different businesses, venues, services and events, as well as useful information such as weather, air quality of the moment, currency calculator and more.
We thank everyone who supported the City Concierge chatbot as an innovation in the field of smart tourism in Bulgaria.
Uspelite.bg about the smart chatbot Boris
The idea of the chatbot “Boris” – a children’s educational chatbot that, in the form of dialogue and the use of gameplay, helps children learn, is already a fact, that the online edition of “uspelite.bg” has also shared.
Umni together with Bio Games has developed a demo version of the childrens chatbot “Boris” and successfully tested it in a classroom with 5th grade children and their teacher.
For now, Boris asks only test questions from the studied material, but has yet to become a digital friend of the children in learning, being with them everywhere and provoking them a sense of curiosity and curiosity through play, to make them think and to acquire the digital knowledge and habits they will need when they graduate from school.

It was an honor for Umni’s team to participate in the AI & I conference in Sofia Tech Park with a lecture on Bulgarian chatbots.
