We are proud to announce that our CEO, Elitza Stoilova, is included in 2023 The Recursive Award – Most Inspiring Women in AI, a voting competition that aims to recognize and celebrate the numerous talented women in the CEE region (Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, North Macedonia, Romania) who are making significant contributions to the development of AI.

Good news again! For the second time, Software University in Sofia is organizing a free online seminar with the speaker, our CEO Elitza Stoilova. And what is the topic? About chatbots and artificial intelligence, of course and more precisely “Best practices for using AI chatbots for marketing and sales”.

Our CEO, Elitza Stoilova was invited to write an article on “I want an AI chatbot: first steps” by DiTech Media, part of Internet Media Group. Thanks for the opportunity to share more useful information about the first steps in an AI chatbot project and some best practices in planning, creating and promoting it.

Pitching at Pitch2Pitch startup competition was not new to Umni. In July’2019 we participated in the 2nd season of this monthly startup competition by pitching Umni platform as an idea inspired by the city AI chatbot that our team have created for the visitors of Plovdiv as a European Capital of Culture – Plovdiv City AI Concierge, and we won the 1st place for the month of July.
