Good news again! For the second time, Software University in Sofia is organizing a free online seminar with the speaker, our CEO Elitza Stoilova. And what is the topic? About chatbots and artificial intelligence, of course and more precisely “Best practices for using AI chatbots for marketing and sales”.

The seminar is aimed at a wide audience interested in how to properly plan the creation and usage of a chatbot for customer support, marketing and sales in a digital ecosystem on your site or for a client’s site, why and how the chatbot should be promoted, and how it can be done for marketing and sales – using ideas, good practices and examples from successful Bulgarian AI chatbots.
