“e-Tourism 2023-2025: Trends, Opportunities and Best Practices” – this is the theme of the joint seminar of Umni and TravelMind on 15.02 during the International Tourism Fair HOLIDAY & SPA’23. The lecture will take place at 16:15 in Holiday 2 hall. The speakers will be our CEO, Elitza Stoilova, who has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, and Konstantin Zankov, founder of the consulting and marketing company Travel Mind.
What will you hear from Elitza? She will talk about the trends, opportunities, and best practices in using AI chatbots on a hotel website to facilitate direct bookings, for marketing, 24/7 customer service, data collection, and how chatbots can fit into a hotel’s digital ecosystem. Why the chatbot should be on the hotel website and not on a social network and how to direct all communication flows to it (and therefore traffic to the website). She will share examples of successful implementation of hotel AI chatbots – from small properties to 5-star hotels.
Konstantin Zankov will outline the direction in which the travel industry is expected to evolve in the current and next few years. He will talk about the concept of “Lisness” and the so-called “spaghetti marketing” or how to take advantage of the opportunities that the first provides us and how to avoid the pitfalls of the second. Konstantin Zankov will give more information about the novelties and best practices in e-tourism, paying special attention to online marketing. He will give valuable advice on how the tourism business in Bulgaria can most easily implement them so that it can be a real part of e-tourism, which is no longer an imaginary concept for the future, but a reality that is happening.
