One of our newest customers, the newest 5-star hotel in Bulgaria Casa di Fiore SPA and Medical is running in the Digitalk&A1 Awards competition for business innovation and digital transformation with their hotel AI chatbot, Miss Fiore. Miss Fiore was built and is continuously trained and upgraded on ourĀ UmniĀ platform.
DigitalkĀ by Kapital published a detailed article about the implementation of the hotel AI chatbot called Miss Fiore and why the hotel counts on it. Miss Fiore has not only her own name but also an avatar especially designed for her by the hotel.
