Umni Received the BATI Award for Innovations in Tourism

This year the award for Innovation in Tourism by the annual Balkan Awards of Tourism Industry went to Umni! It was a recognition of our team efforts in popularization of digital technologies in tourism as well as the application of the virtual assistants in support of an industry that seriously suffers from shortage of a man power not only in Bulgaria.
