For the first time, we shared the success of our chatbots instead of talking about the success of chatbots abroad.
Did you know that women chat with virtual assistants – twice as much as men?
Only one of our chatbots saved the company staff nearly 450 hours of work in 4 months, increased by 17% the requests, tripled inquiries and served more than 2600 clients, with an average of 33% of them chatting at night.
Smart Assistants are becoming invaluable virtual colleagues, helping staff do their jobs better and assisting clients even at 2am.
Economic Magazine: Ever smarter talks – with Umni
The final issue of Economics Magazine for 2019 (November-December’19) publishes 4 pages in Bulgarian and English about Umni’s history, why and how chatbots help businesses and what virtual assistants are.
The journalist Tatyana Ivasheva, author of the publication, noted the successful participation of our company in several accelerators and “smart” chatbot projects – from the City Concierge for the city of Plovdiv to a children’s educational chatbot and a virtual assistant for a Bulgarian singer.
Umni completed the Next Floor accelerator with brilliance
With a round of applause and interest in Umni’s presentation on the future of smart city chatbots in tourism and city life during the Demo Day, we completed our participation in the Austrian accelerator Next Floor.
As a result of the three months of working with accelerator mentors, our team has accumulated a lot of experience, knowledge and skills from the best in their niches, such as Chief Innovation Officers at Red Bull, Vodafone and other well-known Austrian, European and international structures and organizations.
Leadership and screenwriting, business modeling with a Silicon Valley veteran, and many other inspirational lectures, meetings and talks filled the rest of the time.
We want to tahnk Next Floor for your inviting us to participate in the accelerator!
Loaded with positive energy, we will continue to create smart virtual assistants and develop them to the next level.
