The founder and CEO of Umni, Elitsa Stoilova was invited as a guest speaker at the Travel Massive Sofia Summer Meet Up & Panel Discussion event on August 22, 2019.

Elitza Stoilova, CEO of Umni, participated in the second edition of the Pitch2Pitch start-up pitching competition at the end of July 2019 at Networking Coworking in Sofia.
Pitch2Pitch is a monthly series in which entrepreneurs and innovators have the opportunity to share their project with audiences and investors from Bulgaria and Israel.
The rules – 5 + 5 Startups each month have the opportunity to grab the attention within 1 minute with their idea or project, and then they have another 2 minutes for questions from the audience and investors. Each month, one winner is selected, also vying for the annual prize.
Elitsa Stoilova and Umni are the winner for July 2019, and are in the running for the annual prize.

The chatbots and smart tourism in Panagyurishte
Umni’s presentation was in the program of a two-day seminar for journalists, which took place on 11 and 12 July in Panagyurishte. Organizer of the event was Assarel-Medet AD, and the seminar was held on the territory of “Kamengrad Hotel & SPA”. The occasion was the socio-economic development of Panagyurishte and perspectives for young people. The seminar was attended by representatives of national, regional and local media, representatives of various organizations and local authorities.
Elitsa Stoilova, CEO of the company, was invited as a lecturer during the second day of the seminar. She had prepared a special presentation for the event with a focus chatbots amd Smart tourism in Panagyurishte. Statistics and research results were presented as well as practical examples.
In addition, Mrs. Stoilova presented the first city chatbot in Bulgaria – Plovdiv City Concierge, the virtual assistant of the European Capital of Culture’19, which Umni developed early this year.
