Umni Insights (UI) is the newest product by Umni for the business – a statistics platform to view various elements of user activity inside the chatbots powered by Umni. UI gives the business valuable information about what is happening in the chatbot by showing live data straight from the chatbot such as customers behavior (search terms, most popular subjects of activity), time spent in the bot, users type (male, female, new, repeaters), entry source and other.

Umni @ WebIT 2019
Umni’s founder, Elitza Stoilova, was invited as a lecturer at WebIT Bulgaria Digital Summit 2019 in the panel discussion “Start-up and technology solutions in the field of tourism and innovation in Bulgaria – do we guarantee satisfied tourists?”.
On May 15, the forum gathered a full hall of industry representatives for the interesting and rich information discussion. Elitsa was among the Bulgarian experts in the field of tourism, digital marketing, innovations and new technologies, who shared how to solve various problems in tourism and hotel management.
She told about the use of the chatbots in tourism and about Plovdiv City Concierge, the first city chatbot in Bulgaria, as an urban and level destination solution
Umni @ Festival “Future from today”
The “Future From Today” festival took place at the Metropolitan Hotel, which gathered 16 lecturers on various themes related to human and technology development.
The festival was organized by the Ladies Club “High Heels Business” and our CEO, Elitsa Stoilova took part as a lecturer and talked about “Digital Habits and Virtual Assistants.”
A new aspect of Elitsa’s lecture was a report by the European Commission on the Influence of Robotics and Automation on the European Job Market
Plovdiv City Concierge was officially presented in Plovdiv
A month the first city chatbot in Bulgaria was released, Plovdiv City Concierge was officially presented with a presentation to the local business at the “Wine and Gourmet Defile” Wine Festival in the town on May 11.
The presentation was organized at the invitation of the Tourism Council of Plovdiv.
On the occasion of the festival and the presentation, Umni also released a special chatbot-guide for the wine festival, which received positive comments from the users and guests of the festival.

BSTV invited our CEО Elitza Stoilova to participate on May 10 in the morning show “Bulgaria wakes up” with the lead Stoil Roskev.
The program devoted 25 minutes to Elitza to tell the audience more about the chatbots, Plovdiv City Concierge, her personal and professional history, and the Marianas Islands, where she lived and worked for 17 years to build her career as general manager of a hotel.
