It took 3 hours for 2 speakers – the Umni CEO Elitza Stoilova and the CEO of PrEXCELerator Bulgaria | STRATEGY+ Business Lab. Sylvia Pavlova, to go over the background and the results of the first research about the technologies in tourism in Bulgaria done in cooperation by the two companies and the first report of its kind mapping the Bulgarian startups working on tech for tourism, what software and hardware have been developed and is ongoing and what are the empty niches. The two speakers upgraded the report with information about the newest trends and prognoses in the tourism industry globally and in Bulgaria.
