Our CEO: Allow technologies to give us up back the time to be human

In the newest episode of the podcast for personal and career development of the National Bulgarian Radio, “257 podcast”, a co-host to the podcast anchor Katya Vasileva was our CEO, Elitza Stoilova, who was also presented to the audience as the Chatbot Queen. Elitza shared her insight into what the human story is in managing AI, the obstacles that become a gateway or stepping stone to the next level, and the communication issues in running a business that led to seeking and finding alternatives to manpower in which AI chatbots became the solution. She also answered what are the strongest and most immutable human qualities. Everyone would ask themselves this, and her answer was – creativity, love, intuition, and an insatiable thirst for knowledge.

The leadership qualities that every business owner should possess – courage – knowing that you can fail, being afraid of failure, but moving forward despite everything – this is the only way to know the answer to the question “What, if?”. For many people, as well as for Elitza, failure is a combination of many emotions and the lesson behind “why did this happen”. What Elitza suggested as a recipe to deal with failure and move forward was to take 2 tablespoons of optimism on an empty stomach the very next day and move on.
