Umni Again with Recognition, This Time from Vestbee: in The Top 25

It is an honor for our team to see the name of our CEO, Elitзa Stoilova, on the list of Top 25 women from Bulgaria who contribute to the development of the VC & Startup ecosystem in Central and Eastern Europe. The list was compiled by Vetsbee, a leading platform and community of start-ups and investors in the region, and it was a pleasant surprise for the team. We are happy that the efforts of our team and our CEO have received such recognition.

Umni has been on the market since the beginning of 2018 when the word chatbot was unknown in Bulgaria, there were just a few businesses that knew about this software solution and even fewer people who understood it and could do it. Today in our history there are many successful client projects – our oldest chatbots are already 3-4 years old (some entered their 5th), a pilot project for the first in Bulgaria smart city chatbot – the tourist city AI chatbot Plovdiv City Concierge, also the no-code Umni platform, which allows the business team to create, manage and train its AI chatbot for the business site on its own.

We also have over 5 hours of airtime in various radio and TV media, over 40 articles in print and online publications, and over 40 participations with presentations in various conferences, seminars, and other online and offline events.
