Umni at the Online Retail 4.0 Conference in Plovdiv

On Friday, November 30^th, our CEO Elitza Stoilova was invited and participated in the Chatbot Panel that was part of the Online Retail 4.0 Annual Conference organized at the Congress Center at the International Fair in Plovdiv. The panel shared with the conference participants more information about chatbots, how they operate in an online retail business and some new trends in the chatbot field in 2019.
