Umni Seminar “Chatbot in Business” at Varna Free University

On Saturday, our team led by our CEO Elitza Stoilova, conducted a seminar about virtual assistants in business. The seminar was a joint project of Umni and VFU for magisters, bachelors, University teachers and Varna business representatives. The Umni team would like to extend its gratitude to the VFU management for the honor and opportunity to share our vision about the necessity of digital transformation of the business and the place of virtual assistants in that process, and other aspects of the world of chatbots as well.
