Umni with a top story on conversational AI in tcworld magazine

“The conversational revolution: A guide to surviving and thriving in a world of AI chatbots” by our CEO, Elitza Stoilova, became the top story of the August issue of the tcworld magazine. The invitation to write on the topic came to Elitza after her participation as a keynote speaker, a panelist, and a workshop lecturer during the 2-days European conference “Evolution of TC 2023”. The annual gathering event for all technical communicators with a focus on innovations in software documentation happened in Bulgaria at the beginning of June, hosted by tecom Bulgaria. The event attracted professionals from 12 countries.

Elitza opened the conference with the keynote “Mastering Language in the World of Conversational AI” followed the next day by Elitza’s workshop “Good Practices in AI Chatbot Planning, Creation and Usage”.  The topics of her participation in the conference and the attendees’ questions naturally turned into a 3-page article in the tcworld magazine, in which Elitza gathered the essence of her lectures and some good practices shared with the audience.
