The earlier a marketer gets acquainted with the concept of chatbot technology and its many uses, the better. It is best to have the first contact at school or at the university. This way the chatbot will be a tool for work, not an Arnold Schwarzenegger screen hero.
That is why for the 2nd year in a row the CEO of Umni, Elitza Stoilova, presented a lecture on chatbots with artificial intelligence to marketing students from the New Bulgarian University, by the invitation of Justine Toms. Justine is a longtime lecturer at NBU, a blogger, an online media and marketing consultant, and the head of ABC Design & Communication agency. From the presentation, students learned about the history of the chatbot, how it is used for customer support, marketing and sales, and customer entertainment, what features a chatbot can have, and good practices in creating and using a chatbot with artificial intelligence.
