When chatbots will enter SoftUni? It’s already a fact! SoftUni organizes a free online seminar on the topic “Planning, promoting and using a chatbot with conversational AI: basics and good practices” with the speaker, our CEO, Elitza Stoilova.
The seminar is aimed at a wide audience interested in how to properly plan the creation and usage of a chatbot. This enables customer support, marketing and sales within the digital ecosystem of any site or business. With Ideas and examples from successful Bulgarian chatbots, Elitza will also answer the questions – “Why should the chatbot be promoted?” and “How can it be used?”.
