The free webinar on 20.09 on “Innovations and European funding in tourism” with the participation of Umni ended with the announcement of a new customer relationship and communication system “OK” and eligible technologies for digitalization, among which are chatbots. Around 50 representatives from the industry were present – the Ministry of Tourism, hotel and professional organizations, hotels, tourism consultants, and others.
Opportunities for 100% European funding for digitalization in tourism in Bulgaria were presented. Umni was a co-organizer of the webinar together with two other innovative companies – TouchMenu and BG Service.
Our CEO, Elitza Stoilova, presented Umni’s solution for automating communication with hotel guests – a hotel chatbot with artificial intelligence (AI) for the hotel website. Umni has a specially developed pre-trained AI module with over 600 hotel topics in 2 languages and over 6000 customer questions, allowing the chatbot to answer most customer questions from day 1.
