Our CEO, Elitзa Stoilova, was again invited to “Radio-Cafe” on Radio Sofia (Bulgarian Nat’l Radio), where together with the host Lili Goleminova they talked about why chatbots are becoming more and more popular, what funding opportunities are coming, where chatbots are included as an eligible technology. What else is in store for Umni and chatbots? The ladies commented that in 5 years (we turned 5 a few days ago!) Umni has come a long way from being a chatbot agency to a complete no-code platform for creating an AI chatbot for a website – for any business or person, and many other topics.

It also came up on air that Umni’s clients in just the last few weeks include several hotels, a university, a funeral agency, an art gallery, apartments for rent, an online store – clearly chatbots are becoming attractive to different types of businesses – in terms of areas of usage and in terms of scale.
