This summer ends with great news about Umni and our platform development.
The secret we cannot keep anymore, and we gratefully share today is that we closed a follow-up fundraising round with our current investors, Loyal VC LP from Canada, and an angel investor from Bulgaria.
Umni is the first Bulgarian no-coding platform that allows businesses from any industry to easily create, maintain and train their own conversational AI digital assistant for their website to provide 24/7 smart customer support and to further interact with customers’ needs and inquiries through dynamic forms.
We thank our investors from the bottom of our hearts for believing in us and continuously supporting us in our mission of providing businesses with an easy-to-use conversational AI tool to save time and resources and boost sales. Umni team intends to use the funds to accelerate the development of our conversation automation platform, hire talent, and focus on the market reach.
This summer we worked hard and added such features as text-to-voice in the website widget and DYI AI training and forms generation modules in the platform.
No website? Don’t worry, you can generate your first landing page with a smart digital assistant on it straight on the Umni platform and teach it immediately how to answer your customers’ questions. The digital assistant not only could provide information and answer the most common questions but also could guide customers to various forms based on the business needs – from an event or webinar registration, service reservation, order collection, promotion-in-the-bot inquiry, customer review, to questionnaire or else.
We are looking forward to helping businesses be successful in their digital transformation by providing them with an AI instrument for conversation automation they fully understand and control, turning customer questions into data about their customers’ behavior – coming live from their AI digital assistant, and providing their customers with safe 24/7 self-service tool.
The largest Russian tour operator TEZTour performing in the region saves on average 12 minutes per customer by having their digital assistant by Umni taking care of the initial interview. Varna Regional Library team has taught their digital librarian Ellie to answer over 10 000 customer questions, as well as Ellie became a key tool in assisting library users with such tasks as checking on book availability or rebooking landed literature during the lockdowns.
